INDIA: Gillette India Limited chairman Saroj Poddar said he was not interested in divesting his 15% stake in the company following the acquisition of Gillette Co. U.S. by Procter & Gamble. He said he will not exit irrespective of whether Gillette merges with P&G or stays independent.
